Valerie is a wellness warrior, a healer in motion, and a champion for resilience. After spending 15

years shaping young minds as a P.E. teacher and raising two incredible sons, she boldly pivoted

careers, chasing her passion for helping people heal and thrive. She became a 200-hour registered

yoga teacher - and that was just the beginning.

When Valerie discovered FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy), in 2018 it was love at first stretch. She dove

headfirst into training in Arizona, over the next 7 years continuing her education and achieving her Level 4 certification in

2025

Valerie loves earning, and has a deep belief that healing should be joyful, powerful, and personalized.

Today, Valerie brings her relentless curiosity, expertise, and warm heart to every client she meets.
